Palm Greens Cafe calls this drink a “healthy libation”. Post hike I ordered a fresh squeezed juice called Earth, a lovely combination of carrot, beet, apple and ginger. It’s such a yummy and refreshing alternative to a heavy breakfast after getting your heart rate up first thing in the morning.
Palm Greens Cafe offers fresh organic, vegetarian and vegan cuisine. They proclaim on their menu that the have “the best gluten free vegan options in the World!” The food is very delicious and it’s a nice healthy option for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the desert.
